		No minimum order requirement is imposed per order. Please refer to FAQ on Delivery, Overseas Order & Packaging for detailed information. Click here to FAQ. All prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Nottiandnice.com will not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns and damages that are incurred during delivery. Please be advised to use Registered Mail option, or any other safe and traceable delivery method, for any return. Delivery charges incurred on returned merchandise are to be borne by customer.

		At Notti and Nice, we take great pride and effort to ensure that the items are all in good condition and of satisfactory quality before we deliver them to you. You can be rest assured that all stocks have been quality-controlled by our Notti and Nice Management Team. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems.If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify contact us via email at info@nottiandnice.com within 5 days upon receiving items. We'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange, if you oblige to the following terms and conditions: All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged. Due to hygiene standards, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on the following: 1) items that are bundled with underwear (example: Baby doll with thong). 2) any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. 3) panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. We cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape. 4)Sale items cannot be exchanged/refunded unless defective in workmanship. 5)Customer is responsible for the shipping charges and insurance of the items, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail. 6)The refund amount will be the value of the merchandise at the point of purchase (minus any discount) excluding handling and shipping charges. 7)For an exchange, please note that new handling and shipping charges will apply for replacement items. Exchange value will be the value of the merchandise at the point of purchase (minus any discount). *Notti and Nice reserves all rights with regard to the final outcome of all refund and/or exchange transactions.
