Yes, there will be a charge for overseas shipping. Please refer to the simple steps below for overseas shipping process:

1) When an overseas order is received, we will send an email with a list of the various postage/freight charges based on the weight of the items ordered and the delivery timeline.

2) State your postage/freight preference in reply to our email and check that the delivery address is correct.

3) You will receive an email invoice from us for overseas shipping charges in accordance to your shipping preference. You may pay with paypal or credit card, simply by clicking on the link provided in the email invoice.

4) Your orders will be shipped accordingly to your stated preference upon receipt of payment for postage/freight.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect or sizing problems.If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify us via email at info@nottiandnice.com within 5 days upon receiving items.

Conditions for Exchange/Refunds

All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.

Due to hygiene standards, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on the following:

1) items that are bundled with underwear (example: Baby doll with thong).

2) any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn.

3) panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange.

We cannot accept returns of hosiery that have been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape.

Sale items cannot be exchanged/refunded unless defective in workmanship.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and insurance of the items, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.

The refund amount will be the value of the merchandise at the point of purchase (minus any discount) excluding handling and shipping charges. The refund amount will be transacted to you via internet bank transfer for Singapore customers.

For an exchange, please note that new handling and shipping charges will apply for replacement items. Exchange value will be the value of the merchandise at the point of purchase (minus any discount).

Baby Doll - A short dress with a hem that ends just below the hip. A baby doll is longer than a crop top, but shorter than a chemise. It has no defined waist.

Boy Shorts - Garment or swimwear that has a close-fitting leg that reaches the top of the thigh.

Camisole or Cami - A fitted top with spaghetti straps that can be worn alone or as a layering piece.

Chemise - Usually a short night gown hemmed below the hip but above the knee. Held up by thin straps, the gown should fit snugly at the bust and upper torso and fall loosely and flow flatteringly past the hips.

G-String - A panty with a triangular front panel and minimal coverage in the back, usually a narrow band of fabric or elastic. The G-string gives a smart look with no panty-lines.

Teddy - A combination of a camisole and panty in one piece. Unlike a bodysuit, it is typically looser and more sheer, and may be designed to slip off from the shoulders, rather than to open at the crotch.

Thong - Comparable to a G-String, it is a panty with a triangular front and a petite rear panel. They add a 'mischievous' feeling when worn.

Lingerie are delicates, keep them in shape by following the care instructions below:

1) Handwash Cold
Highly recommended for washing all fine lingerie especially those with underwire bust lines/ cups.

2) Machine Wash Cold
Do not wash your fine lingerie or those with underwire bust lines/cups in a washing machine. Always put your lingerie in a laundry bag before machine wash.We do not recommend machine wash.

3) Do not Bleach
Preserve the natural colour of your fabric by not using bleach.

4) Dry in Shade
Drying your lingerie in shade prevents fiber disintegration and fading.

5) Do not Tumble Dry
Do not tumble dry to keep your lingerie in good shape.
